- • As a Sales Development Representative for DuPont Personal Protection Tyvek® Garments, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads in key industrial and life sciences markets, supporting DuPont’s mission to protect workers worldwide through innovative chemical protective clothing solutions.
- • Day to day, you will conduct personalized outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage multiple stakeholders, manage lead data in Salesforce, collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to nurture and qualify leads, and contribute to sales pipeline development while building deep expertise in Tyvek®, Tychem®, ProShield®, and IsoClean® product lines.
- • You will join a dynamic, market-leading team within DuPont’s Tyvek® & Typar® business, which serves global customers in high-impact sectors including chemical processing, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and utilities, where DuPont’s protective garments are essential for worker safety and operational compliance.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales acumen, gain hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator, refine your communication and negotiation skills, and build a foundation for a long-term career in B2B sales within a Fortune 500 company committed to innovation and sustainability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably inside or outside sales
- • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to create and deliver sales presentations virtually and in-person
- • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- • Self-motivated, initiative-taking mindset with strong planning, organizing, and follow-up abilities
- • Team player with good interpersonal skills capable of collaborating effectively across functions
- • Technical knowledge of DuPont Personal Protection Tyvek® Garment product lines (preferred)
