- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CDK Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and cultivating high-quality leads and opportunities. Your primary mission will be to fuel the pipeline for our inside and outside sales teams, directly contributing to increased revenue, expanded market share, and deeper product penetration within the automotive sector.

You will be responsible for a comprehensive outreach strategy, encompassing outbound prospecting, meticulously planned targeted campaigns, personalized email sequences, and engaging phone calls. - • Leveraging social selling techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Navigator, to identify and engage with potential customers.
- • Collaborating closely with sales executives to align efforts and achieve ambitious company sales targets.
- • Conducting follow-up with existing customers to identify evolving needs and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
- • Promptly following up with all inbound leads within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- • Dedicating approximately 80% of your time to direct client engagement via phone calls, emails, and video conferences, focusing on building rapport and understanding client needs.
- • Executing and managing campaign outreach initiatives, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- • Creating a steady stream of qualified leads for the broader sales organization through a combination of cold calls, targeted emails, strategic social outreach, networking, and diligent independent research.
- • Maintaining regular and effective daily communication with your Manager to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
- • Continuously enhancing the customer experience and strengthening client relationships through every interaction.
- • Diligently utilizing Salesforce.com to generate, track, and manage your sales pipeline, meticulously logging all activities and tasks.
- • Performing regular Salesforce.com data cleanup through proactive customer outreach, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
