  • • As a Sales Development Representative at Matia, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s go-to-market efforts by owning the top of the funnel process and directly contributing to pipeline generation in the data and engineering space.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential customers through cold calling, email, social outreach, and other methods; scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives; collaborating with the product team to relay customer feedback and shape the product roadmap; refining messaging with leadership and marketing; tracking activities in HubSpot; and iterating on outbound sales processes as the company scales.
  • • Matia is a fast-growing DataOps startup building a unified platform for end-to-end data management, trusted by data teams at companies like Ramp, Honeybook, Drata, and Lemonade, and backed by leading investors. The company empowers data teams with seamless ingestion, reverse ETL, observability, and data cataloging to enable faster, smarter decisions.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in sales execution within a high-growth SaaS environment, gain direct access to founders, accelerate your career trajectory toward an Account Executive role, and build foundational skills in pipeline development, cross-functional collaboration, and market positioning within the data infrastructure space.
