📋 Description
- • As a Sales Development Representative at SourceFuse, you will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for the US market, directly supporting the GTM team by converting outbound activity into qualified meetings for Account Executives. Your role is critical in building a repeatable outbound rhythm that fuels sales growth and aligns with the company’s expansion of its internal go-to-market function.
- • Day to day, you will run high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn; qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria; book and hand off qualified demos and discovery calls to Account Executives; research target accounts to identify decision-makers; maintain accurate CRM records; and consistently hit or exceed weekly targets of 5 outbound meetings and 3 SQLs.
- • SourceFuse is a cloud-native engineering and managed services company that designs and builds scalable SaaS products and cloud infrastructure for technology companies, primarily serving US-based clients. They are now scaling their internal GTM function to match their delivery growth, offering a strategic opportunity to contribute to a fast-evolving sales organization.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS sales motions, master modern outbound tools and CRM platforms, refine your ability to engage US-based buyers, and build a track record of consistent pipeline generation — positioning you for advancement into senior sales, account executive, or sales leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 5 years in sales development, business development, or inside sales
- • Background in SaaS, cloud, AWS ecosystem, or IT services sales
- • Fluent English, written and verbal, for direct communication with US buyers
- • Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach without losing quality or consistency
- • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
- • Comfortable working US business hours with EST overlap required
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base Salary: $30,000 – $40,000/year USD
- • OTE: $50,000 – $70,000/year USD (commissions on meetings, SQLs, and closed revenue)
- • Remote work from Latin America with US CST overlap (8am–5pm CST)
