  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Agent Inc., you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, driving outbound sales efforts for a US-based digital marketing agency serving small businesses. This role is critical to generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consultative engagement.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-volume outbound cold calls to small business owners, analyzing their digital footprint in real time to identify pain points, qualifying prospects through discovery conversations, and scheduling consultations for senior sales advisors. You will also participate in warm handoffs during scheduled appointments, maintain daily activity reports, and engage in ongoing coaching to deepen your knowledge of SEO, PPC, and e-commerce.
  • • You will join a lean, US-based digital marketing services agency headquartered in Houston with development offices in India, serving small businesses across the US with services like SEO, PPC, social media management, reputation management, and web development. The company values proactive, resilient communicators who can thrive in a remote, results-driven environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong sales and communication skills, gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and videoconferencing platforms, and build expertise in digital marketing services. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into a more advanced sales or client-facing role through structured coaching and performance-based advancement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling
  • • Neutral English accent easily understood by US-based small business owners
  • • High comfort level with rejection and persistence to maintain energy during a 40-hour work week
  • • Proficient in using CRM, videoconferencing tools, and managing digital communications
  • • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred for Latin/Central American candidates)
