- • As a Sales Development Representative at Panoptyc, you will be the engine of outbound growth, targeting key decision-makers in retail and grocery sectors to drive pipeline generation for a company revolutionizing loss prevention through visual AI and manual reviewer technology across 15,000+ U.S. markets.
- • Day to day, you will execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, emailing, and social selling; qualify leads and set discovery calls for Account Executives; research target accounts; map enterprise organizations to identify stakeholders; conduct discovery calls; log CRM activity; and gather market intelligence to refine ICP and inform marketing.
- • You will join a fully remote, rapidly growing sales team at Panoptyc, a mission-driven company helping retailers detect theft from Fortune 500 giants to local businesses, operating with a remote-first culture across Latam, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and South Africa.
- • In this role, you will develop resilience, systematic outreach mastery, advanced qualification skills, and deep insight into enterprise sales cycles—building a foundation for a career in enterprise sales while contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.
