- • As a Solutions Engineer at Eye Security, you will partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs, shape deal strategy, and share responsibility for outcomes in the cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance space.
- • You will lead discovery sessions, deliver technical presentations and product demos, tailor messaging to diverse audiences, and assess technical fit early in the sales cycle to identify risks and qualify opportunities.
- • You will act as the main technical point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries independently and escalating to SOC or engineering teams when necessary, while providing practical security recommendations.
- • You will support the forecasting process by offering an independent view on deal health and closing probability, and manage RFP/RFI responses aligned with both customer requirements and internal capabilities.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative scale-up headquartered in The Hague with over 170 employees, combining deep technical expertise from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in technical sales, stakeholder management, and cybersecurity solution positioning, while contributing to the expansion of a unique product that integrates cybersecurity with cyber insurance on a global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role in cybersecurity, MSSP, or a related technology environment
- • Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and extended deal timelines
- • Strong technical acumen to evaluate solution feasibility, engage with technical stakeholders, and interpret customer requirements accurately
- • Fluency in both English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate confidently with technical teams and C-level executives
- • Demonstrated skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented messaging for non-technical audiences
- • Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced customer interactions
