  • • As a Sales Development Representative at SciLeads Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing a pipeline of pre-qualified life science and pharmaceutical companies and converting them into qualified demos for the company’s market-leading SaaS sales intelligence platform.   • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule product demonstrations; maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system; collaborating closely with Sales Managers to refine outreach strategies and align on pipeline goals; consistently working to exceed monthly demo and conversion targets; and actively participating in training and coaching sessions as part of SciLeads’ structured Sales Development Pathway to build foundational sales expertise.

  • • In this role, you will develop core sales competencies including prospecting, objection handling, CRM management, and sales pipeline forecasting, while gaining deep industry knowledge of the life science and pharmaceutical markets. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Undergraduate degree (any discipline; science background preferred)
  • • High levels of drive, self-motivation, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities

  • • Competitive OTE of $66,600 CAD ($45,000 base + $21,600 uncapped commission with accelerators)
  • • Fully remote work arrangement (must be based in Ontario, Canada) with $1,150 CAD home office and $300 CAD personal wellbeing allowances
