- • As a Sales Development Representative at Replicant AI Inc., you will play a key role in shaping the future sales culture by researching, prospecting, and creating new pipeline opportunities for enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders in Customer Service, IT, and Operations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, preparing detailed meeting prep documents for Account Executives, and consistently sharing insights with cross-functional teams to improve strategies.
- • You will work within a fast-growing, fully remote AI startup that has grown 3x in team size, increased revenue 4x, and serves Fortune 500 customers while leading in Contact Center Automation using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales processes, AI-driven technology positioning, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to quarterly quota goals and overall pipeline growth in a high-impact, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR or in a relevant sales/customer-facing role, with B2B SaaS preferred
- • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- • Results-driven mindset with a strong hunter mentality and self-motivated attitude
- • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand complex technology and translate it into customer benefits
