- • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads through strategic outbound calling and email campaigns to generate sales-ready opportunities for the sales team.
- • Make daily outbound calls and send targeted emails to identify and engage potential customers in the maintenance and operations industry.
- • Master and effectively communicate the Limble CMMS value proposition, aligning software capabilities with prospects’ operational needs and business objectives.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for qualified leads.
- • Proactively research and gather key prospect data from initial conversations, web sources, and other available channels to enrich lead profiles.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring all prospect interactions, notes, and data are properly logged and organized.
- • Stay current on industry trends, maintenance technology advancements, and competitive landscape to serve as a trusted advisor during prospect interactions.
- • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments scheduled and product demos booked.
- • Identify and pursue account mining opportunities to uncover new sales potential within existing customer accounts or related industries.
- • Apply critical thinking to assess prospect pain points and tailor outreach strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- • Remain coachable and actively incorporate feedback to continuously improve performance, communication, and sales techniques.
- • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn by embracing the fast-paced, high-growth environment of a startup.
- • Contribute to team success by supporting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fully remote setting.
- • Maintain a disciplined daily schedule focused on outreach, follow-up, and data hygiene to ensure pipeline health and sales efficiency.
- • Serve as a frontline ambassador for Limble’s brand, representing the company with professionalism and authenticity in all external communications.
