  • • As a Sales Development Representative at SciLeads Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing a pipeline of pre-qualified life science and pharmaceutical companies and converting them into qualified demos for the company’s market-leading SaaS sales intelligence platform. This role is essential to the company’s success, serving as the critical first touchpoint in the sales funnel where your outreach and engagement directly influence pipeline health and conversion rates. You will be empowered to own your territory, build relationships with key decision-makers, and contribute to SciLeads’ mission of delivering actionable insights that accelerate innovation in the life sciences sector.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively managing and nurturing your pipeline of pre-qualified accounts through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule product demos; maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to ensure visibility and forecasting accuracy; collaborating closely with Sales Managers to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and optimize outreach strategies; conducting research on prospects to personalize communication and demonstrate deep understanding of their scientific and commercial challenges; and consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets that feed into the broader sales engine.

  • • In this role, you will gain invaluable, hands-on experience in modern B2B sales methodologies within a high-growth, data-driven environment, developing core competencies in prospecting, consultative communication, CRM mastery, and sales process execution. 🎯 Requirements

  • • High levels of drive, self-motivation, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • • An undergraduate degree (preferably in a science discipline such as biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or life sciences)
  • • 6+ months of prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
  • • Demonstrated ability to set, pursue, and exceed personal and team targets
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working autonomously while remaining aligned with team goals
