- • As a Sales Development Representative at Higgsfield AI, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, playing a critical role in converting high-volume interest into qualified pipeline and revenue for a fast-growing video AI company redefining synthetic media on socials.
- • You will manage and respond to inbound leads across enterprise, growth, and creator segments, conduct qualification and discovery conversations, educate prospects on Higgsfield’s products and use cases, identify decision makers and business needs, coordinate demos and follow-ups, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with leadership and product teams to surface customer insights.
- • You will join a high-growth startup that has achieved $300M+ run-rate sales in just 12 months after launch and raised a $130M Series A, working closely with Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales and communication skills, gain deep expertise in AI-powered video technology, learn to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and build a foundation for advancement into full-cycle sales or go-to-market leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–4 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or another client-facing role
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- • Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities
- • Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate value clearly
- • Experience working with inbound lead funnels or high-volume customer communication preferred
- • CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
