📋 Description

• The Sales Development Representative role at Sitemate is critical for qualifying and routing inbound leads across self-service and inside sales channels, directly contributing to the company’s growth by booking product demonstrations that drive revenue.
• Day to day, the role involves engaging prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce, with success measured by the number of demonstrations booked and completed, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Sitemate is a fast-growing SaaS company building Dashpivot, a digital workflow tool for construction, infrastructure, and industrial companies, backed by Blackbird and grown from 5 to over 150 employees across 18+ countries since 2018.
• In this role, you will develop strong SaaS sales fundamentals, master CRM and communication tools, gain deep industry knowledge of the built world, and build a performance-driven career path based on merit, not tenure, with clear development plans and autonomy to manage your workflow.

🎯 Requirements

• Confident and clear communication skills with excellent writing and presentation abilities across email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions
• Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, enabling efficient multi-tasking in a high-volume environment
• Experience or aptitude for learning SaaS financial acronyms and terminology, including comfort with metrics-driven performance tracking
• Resilience and comfort handling frequent rejection while maintaining high-volume outreach and engagement
• Ambitious mindset with desire to pursue a career in SaaS sales and thrive in a structured, KPI-driven, high-agency environment

• Competitive OTE remuneration of A$75,000–A$110,000 (including super), with base salary A$50,000–A$70,000 and commission A$25,000–A$40,000
