- • This Sales Development Representative role supports U.S.-based clients by generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting, including LinkedIn outreach and cold calling, to build a qualified pipeline and book meetings for the sales team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via LinkedIn and cold calls, identifying potential clients, performing needs analysis, scheduling qualified meetings, maintaining CRM data, managing follow-ups, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and process improvements.
- • The role is fully remote with a requirement to work during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), supporting clients in the U.S. from locations in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
- • The individual will gain hands-on experience in sales development, improve outreach and qualification skills, contribute directly to pipeline growth, and develop expertise in CRM tools and sales processes within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
