📋 Description
- • As a Sales Development Representative at Orum, you will be the front line for presenting Orum’s AI-powered sales platform to prospects, playing a critical role in generating pipeline and supporting the company’s mission to transform how the world sells.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calling (150 dials/day), engage potential customers via phone and digital channels, book qualified meetings, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of opportunities.
- • Orum is a remote-first, mission-driven company building AI-powered tools that help sales teams connect faster, sell smarter, and grow revenue—backed by real results like 5x faster connections and millions in new pipeline generated monthly by customers.
- • In this role, you will develop foundational sales skills in outreach, objection handling, pipeline management, and sales technology, with clear pathways to advance into roles such as Account Executive, Customer Success, or Sales Operations, supported by coaching from a top-performing sales team.
