• • As a Sales Development Representative at SOTI, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and lead conversion.
• • Day to day, you will engage in high-volume calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers, follow up on inbound leads from trials and webinars, re-engage cold leads, prospect new accounts via networking, revive dormant opportunities, engage website visitors through live chat, manage CRM activities in Salesforce, and articulate the value of the SOTI ONE Platform to prospects.
