- • As a Sales Development Representative at Agent Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling our sales operations by re-engaging dormant customers and managing incoming leads to drive qualified opportunities and revenue growth in the competitive home services market.
- • Your work will directly contribute to our goal of generating 120-200 qualified leads per month, supporting our expansion in roofing, gutters, insulation, and related services across LATAM while operating as an independent contractor with clear performance expectations.
- • Day to day, you will conduct targeted outreach to over 7,000 dormant customers using email, phone, and SMS, leveraging Company Cam photos and service histories to identify upsell opportunities and schedule consultations based on service anniversaries and roof health assessments.
- • You will manage incoming customer inquiries by answering calls, creating new contacts in HubSpot, generating sales deals, and coordinating logistics appointments with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- • Collaboration with outside sales representatives will be key as you gather customer insights, document objections, and support deal progression through strategic follow-ups and post-appointment check-ins to address concerns and overcome barriers to closure.
- • You will use our quoting tool to adjust and present pricing quotes tailored to customer sensitivity, ensuring all interactions, timelines, and decision-making criteria are meticulously documented in HubSpot for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- • Utilizing the CSM Audit View, you will prioritize follow-up activities and forecast sales pipeline performance, while providing after-hours phone coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM PST (with AI handling calls after 7:30 PM) and occasional weekend support during peak seasons.
- • You will maintain a professional home office setup with stable internet connectivity to ensure consistent performance during PST-aligned working hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST), demonstrating reliability and self-discipline as an independent contractor.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in CRM management, sales process optimization, and customer lifecycle engagement, gaining hands-on experience with AI-augmented sales tools and quoting systems used in modern home services organizations.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by increasing lead conversion rates, shortening sales cycles, and contributing to predictable revenue growth, positioning yourself for advancement into senior sales or account management roles within our expanding organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, SDR, or customer support-to-sales transition with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or the ability to quickly learn and effectively use the platform for contact management, deal tracking, and activity logging
- • Fluent English with excellent phone and written communication skills, capable of building rapport, active listening, and clear articulation of value propositions
- • Comfortable with VoIP systems, AI tools, and SaaS platforms, including the ability to adapt to new technologies that enhance sales efficiency and customer insights
- • Availability to work PST hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST) with flexibility for extended coverage (5:00 PM - 7:30 PM PST) and occasional weekend support during peak seasons
