- • As a Sales Development Representative at Qualtrics, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, generating qualified leads that drive revenue growth and lay the foundation for meaningful customer relationships in the Experience Management space.
- • Day to day, you will make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails, identify key decision makers, add 15+ new contacts to your cadence, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on targeted campaigns, and continuously improve through training, role-playing, and peer feedback.
- • You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative Sales Development team in Dublin that values grit, innovation, and continuous learning, with a clear path to grow into Key Account Executive roles and leadership within a global organization serving over 18K clients.
- • In this role, you’ll develop advanced sales techniques, deepen your understanding of enterprise software solutions, master CRM and outreach tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn, and build a career-driven mindset focused on quota achievement, personal growth, and long-term success in corporate sales.

- • Sales experience preferred (including internships, clubs, SDR roles, inside sales, or cold calling)
