  • • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective school districts, educating them on HopSkipDrive’s safe, supplemental student transportation services.
  • • Conduct cold calls and targeted email outreach to qualified leads to identify potential needs for HopSkipDrive’s platform.
  • • Build rapport with school district administrators and decision-makers using a consultative sales approach to understand their transportation challenges.
  • • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
  • • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for handoff to Account Executives.
  • • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for outbound calls, emails, and qualified meetings scheduled.
  • • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • • Research and evaluate prospective school districts to tailor outreach efforts and increase engagement effectiveness.
  • • Handle objections professionally and pivot conversations to highlight how HopSkipDrive solves critical transportation gaps in education.
  • • Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and empathy in all interactions with prospects.
  • • Leverage AI tools provided by the company to enhance drafting, analysis, and efficiency in daily outreach activities.
  • • Stay current on school district procurement processes, education sector trends, and HopSkipDrive’s service offerings to strengthen credibility.
  • • Manage time effectively to prioritize high-potential leads while maintaining consistent daily activity levels across channels.
  • • Demonstrate self-sufficiency and initiative in identifying new outreach opportunities without direct supervision.
  • • Use Google Suite and Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and communication tasks as needed.
  • • Contribute to a remote-first, mission-driven culture focused on doing work that matters in student mobility and equity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Experience handling objections in a sales context
  • • Strong time management skills and ability to work self-sufficiently
  • • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platform
  • • Experience in sales or the education sector preferred
  • • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
