- • Own the top of the sales funnel through strategic outbound prospecting for mid-market and enterprise accounts in the Media, SaaS, and AdTech sectors.
- • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MediaRadar to identify high-value accounts experiencing trigger events such as new funding, leadership changes, or campaign launches.
- • Execute AI-enabled outreach using agentic AI tools (e.g., Clay, Perplexity, ChatGPT) to automate deep research and personalize messaging at scale while acting as a Human-in-the-Loop.
- • Design and manage multichannel outreach sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video touchpoints to maximize engagement and response rates.
- • Serve as a front-line market researcher by gathering real-time intelligence on competitor positioning, buyer objections, and industry trends.
- • Qualify inbound leads within tight SLA windows to ensure a premium first-touch experience and seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- • Conduct structured discovery calls using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess opportunity viability before routing qualified leads.
- • Build and refine outbound playbooks based on performance data, feedback from Account Executives, and evolving market dynamics.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot to track activity, pipeline progression, and lead status.
- • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
- • Contribute to the scaling of the Sales Development team by documenting processes, sharing best practices, and preparing for future coaching or management roles.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline goals.
- • Adapt messaging instantly based on prospect persona, industry vertical, and behavioral signals to increase conversion rates.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of execution.
- • Embrace a hunter mindset focused on breaking into new accounts and creating new business opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
- • Participate in company meetups and in-person events to build relationships with team members and reinforce company culture.
- • Track personal performance against quotas and use data to continuously optimize prospecting strategies and workflows.
- • Be evaluated for advancement into Account Executive or Sales Development Manager roles within 9–18 months based on performance and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or BDR capacity within the Media, SaaS, or AdTech sectors
- • Hands-on experience navigating HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MediaRadar
- • AI literacy as a Power User of tools like Clay, Perplexity, or ChatGPT with experience in prompt engineering and sales automation
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to pivot messaging based on persona and vertical
- • Proven self-motivation and ability to manage own schedule and priorities in a remote environment
- • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and design effective client solutions
