- • As a Sales Development Representative at Twilio, you will play a critical role in growing and developing the sales pipeline for the New Business and Strategic Sales teams by identifying and engaging potential customers through targeted outreach.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include breaking into new markets using a multi-channel approach, conducting personalized outreach via phone, email, and social selling, researching accounts to align Twilio’s solutions with customer needs, and collaborating with Account Executives to develop territory plans and generate qualified opportunities.
- • You’ll join a remote-first, globally inclusive team at Twilio that values connection, innovation, and impact, where you’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and training to master tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator while contributing to a high-energy, growth-oriented culture.
- • In this role, you’ll build foundational sales skills, develop resilience and strategic thinking, and position yourself for future leadership or customer-facing careers within Twilio, all while being empowered to bring your authentic self to work and make a meaningful impact.
