- • Be the spark that ignites Zocks’ next wave of growth. As our Sales Development Representative, you are the first human voice a prospect hears—your energy, curiosity, and credibility will determine whether a Fortune-500 wealth-management firm or a fast-growing RIA takes a meeting that could save them 500+ hours per year.
- • Own the top-of-funnel engine: execute 60–80 personalized outbound touches daily across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video to book 15–20 qualified discovery meetings per month for Account Executives. You will research ICP accounts, map buying committees, and craft hyper-relevant messages that tie Zocks’ AI conversation intelligence to each prospect’s pain—compliance bottlenecks, advisor attrition, or client-experience gaps.
- • Master our tech stack: become a power user of SalesLoft sequences, Salesforce reporting, Gong call libraries, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will build dashboards that show conversion by persona, vertical, and message variant; iterate weekly with Marketing to lift reply rates and SQL yield.
- • Collaborate in real time: join daily “stand-up & story” huddles where AEs share field intelligence, Product drops roadmap hints, and Customer Success surfaces upsell triggers. Your feedback loop directly shapes pricing experiments, vertical playbooks, and new AI feature prioritization.
- • Run micro-discovery on every call: in 5–7 minutes you will uncover tech stack, initiative owners, budget time-lines, and compelling events, then pitch a 15-minute executive briefing that secures a calendar hold. You will ghost-write follow-up emails the AE can send from their phone before the prospect is off the line.
- • Exceed pipeline targets with integrity: we reward quality over vanity—your meetings must convert to Stage-2 opportunities at ≥35 %. You will document next steps, mutual action plans, and champion quotes so downstream reps can accelerate deals without re-qualifying.
- • Evangelize the Zocks mission: speak at fintech webinars, record 60-second TikTok-style product clips, and host “AI for Advisors” virtual happy hours. Your personal brand becomes a magnet that multiplies inbound interest and feeds the SDR queue for the entire team.
- • Grow into your next role: top SDRs earn promotion to AE, Vertical-Specialist, or SDR-Team Lead within 12–18 months. You will receive a personal development budget, shadow senior reps on closing calls, and present QBRs to the board—accelerating your path to six-figure OTE.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing internships (B2B SaaS or financial services preferred)
- • Familiarity with wealth management, insurance, or fintech terminology—enough to speak credibly about RIAs, broker-dealers, and custodians
- • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quantitative targets (sales quota, CSAT scores, fundraising, athletics, etc.)
- • Resilient, coachable, and data-driven—comfortable receiving feedback daily and iterating messaging in real time
- • Authorization to work in the United States; we cannot sponsor visas at this time
