  • • As a Sales Development Representative at Achievers Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying high-value sales opportunities with Fortune 500 companies, directly contributing to the company’s mission of inspiring employee recognition worldwide through its award-winning platform used by 4.3 million users across 190 countries.
  • • You will be responsible for initiating outbound conversations with HR leaders in large enterprises via phone and email, leveraging your French or German language skills to build rapport, uncover business needs, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, all while operating with entrepreneurial autonomy to develop and execute your own sales strategy.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will include researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach sequences, conducting discovery calls, maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, and participating in ongoing skill development sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in French or German, both written and spoken, to effectively engage HR decision-makers in target markets.
  • • Proven ability to self-manage and thrive in an autonomous, goal-oriented environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and activity targets.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort initiating conversations via phone and email with senior-level professionals.
  • • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or sales engagement tools is preferred but not required; willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales, resilience in the face of rejection, and a genuine interest in learning about employee recognition and HR technology solutions.
