- • As a Sales Development Representative at Scale Army, you will play a critical role in converting inbound leads and unsold estimates into booked jobs for a fast-scaling U.S.-based home services client, directly impacting revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include following up with unsold estimates, missed inbound calls, and dormant leads via phone, SMS (using platforms like Chirp), and email; maintaining accurate records in ServiceTitan CRM; tracking key metrics such as contact and conversion rates; and collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach timing and messaging.
- • You will join a remote-first team supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), and contribute to a results-driven environment focused on maximizing lead conversion and pipeline visibility.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales follow-up strategies, CRM management, and performance analytics while gaining measurable impact on revenue growth through disciplined, proactive outreach and process improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead follow-up, or customer-facing roles
- • Experience managing inbound leads and pipeline follow-up in a sales or customer-facing capacity
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly via phone, SMS, and email
- • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically ServiceTitan, for tracking interactions and maintaining pipeline accuracy
- • Fluent English (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
