  • • The Sales Development Representative will manage outbound outreach and guest booking efforts for a growing U.S.-based podcast network focused on business leadership and human resources, identifying and engaging qualified guests through multi-channel prospecting to support scalable content growth.
  • • Day to day, the person will conduct high-volume outbound outreach primarily via LinkedIn (InMail, connection requests, direct messaging), supplement with email and cold calling, communicate podcast value to prospects, book guests using scheduling tools like Calendly, maintain an organized pipeline with structured follow-ups, conduct light prospect research for personalization, track activity in CRM or Notion, report on outreach metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine targeting and messaging.
  • • The company operates a growing podcast network centered on business leadership and HR, with multiple active shows featuring high-quality voices; they are building a scalable outbound function to strengthen guest acquisition and reduce reliance on founder-led prospecting, supporting U.S.-based clients from a fully remote team operating 9 AM–5 PM EST.
  • • In this role, the person can develop expertise in B2B outbound sales, guest acquisition for media platforms, pipeline management, CRM usage, and data-driven outreach optimization, while contributing to scalable systems that support long-term network expansion and gaining experience working closely with leadership in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
