• As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and solicit new business opportunities by engaging clients through outbound prospecting across multiple advertising platforms including podcasts, digital, radio, and events.
• You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, collaborating with a growing SDR team to research leads, create personalized outreach, and partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Your role will directly impact pipeline and revenue by consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting booking goals, managing lead follow-up in CRM, and contributing to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of SDR or Outbound Sales experience
• Professional demeanor with outstanding phone etiquette
• Ability to balance creativity and adaptability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics-driven, and tech-savvy selling environment
