📋 Description

  • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities while building a long-term, remote career with fast-growing global companies.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach, manage inbound leads, perform prospect research, set sales appointments, maintain CRM data, and support junior SDR onboarding and coaching.
  • Work with a remote-first team serving US and UK-based clients, leveraging modern sales tools and collaboration platforms to achieve pipeline targets.
  • Develop expertise in full-cycle sales development, mentorship, and strategic prospecting while contributing to team growth and refining sales strategies in a high-impact, autonomous role.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Prior experience working remotely with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana
  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies
  • Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions
  • Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
  • High level of self-motivation and time management
