- • As a Sales Development Representative at Zello Inc., you will serve as the reliable first response for inbound inquiries and trial signups, ensuring fast, helpful interactions that guide prospects toward becoming paying customers while contributing to the improvement of AI-driven workflows.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and responding to inbound leads across channels, tuning and improving agentic AI workflows by identifying gaps and edge cases, directly engaging high-intent prospects via email and phone to drive conversions, tracking key metrics to uncover funnel insights, and collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success, and AI systems teams to close the loop.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven team at Zello, a voice-first communication platform powering push-to-talk technology for over 175 million users worldwide, where company values center on serving frontline workers, connecting people in crises, and supporting first responders through reliable, fast communication tools.
- • In this role, you’ll build deep product and customer fluency, develop a repeatable follow-up motion for high-intent leads, gain hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, and position yourself for growth into roles such as Account Executive, Customer Success, implementation, or solutions engineering within the Revenue organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- • 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- • Ability to chase outcomes and demonstrate goal-setting and achievement in work, school, sports, or side projects
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity and responsiveness
- • Quick learner of software with interest in AI and automation tools
- • Proactive problem-solver who spots issues and acts without being prompted
