- • As a Sales Development Representative at Bluehost, you will play a pivotal role in growing the customer base by engaging inbound and outbound prospects and qualifying new sales opportunities, educating potential customers on the value of web hosting, digital marketing, and agency partnership offerings.
- • Day to day, you will connect with digital agencies and business customers who have inquired online, work closely with Account Executives to build a sales pipeline and book meetings and demos, conduct account and market research on new and prospective clients, collaborate on prospecting strategies, and become an expert in Bluehost’s offerings to empower agencies with insights on how services can elevate their operations.
- • You will shine through exceptional communication skills across phone, chat, email, and social media, thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while staying customer-focused, represent Bluehost at industry events to drive meeting and demo bookings, and utilize tools like 6sense, Outreach.io, and Salesforce to manage your pipeline effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of sales or retail experience with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding goals
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate, influence, and engage prospects effectively
- • Self-starter mindset with strong business acumen, creativity in solving customer needs, and ability to juggle and prioritize multiple deliverables
- • High ethical standards and strong integrity in sales and customer relationships
- • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, and Outreach.io is helpful but not required
- • Knowledge of WordPress, Server and Cloud solutions, or prior experience in the hosting industry is a strong plus
