- • As a Sales Development Representative at Modernizing Medicine, you will drive growth by identifying and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound channels, serving as the initial point of contact for potential clients in the healthcare sector.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound cold calls, developing email campaigns, researching target leads, maintaining lead records in Salesforce and SalesLoft/Outreach, following up on inbound marketing leads, and consistently achieving qualified opportunity quotas to support territory revenue goals.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of 4,500+ problem-solvers at Modernizing Medicine, a company founded by a physician and tech entrepreneur that builds AI-enabled, specialty-specific cloud platforms to improve patient outcomes and increase medical practice success.
- • In this role, you will develop foundational sales and business skills, gain deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and our product offerings, refine your communication and objection-handling abilities, and accelerate your career in a high-growth, innovative environment that values collaboration and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in communications, pre-med, business, marketing, or related field preferred
- • 1-2 years of previous professional experience in sales, marketing, communication, or related fields highly preferred
- • Polished and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal
- • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome objections and think on your feet
- • Experience using CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar tools is a plus
- • Strong interest in healthcare and a desire to build a career in sales
