- • The Sales Development Representative role at Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients in the wholesale market by driving growth through modern outreach strategies, technology, and automation in a performance-driven environment.
- • The person will conduct outreach via email and phone to generate leads, manage and automate email campaigns, engage wholesale clients, qualify leads, close deals, leverage AI tools for automation and insights, and track performance using CRM and analytics.
- • The team operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment focused on optimizing sales processes through AI and data insights to expand reach and improve efficiency in the wholesale sector.
- • The person can develop expertise in AI-driven sales automation, gain hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools, strengthen sales and communication skills, and contribute directly to business growth in a scalable, structured outbound sales function.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, and CPG wholesale sales
- • Experience managing email campaigns and using CRM systems for lead management and follow-ups
- • Knowledge of sales automation tools, particularly for email outreach and follow-ups
- • Familiarity with AI tools for automating outreach, scheduling, and task management
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- • Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively engage wholesale clients over the phone
