- • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Scale Army will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing wellness brands as clients for an independent health and wellness media platform that combines editorial authority with performance marketing solutions, including peer-reviewed print, digital content, and advertising placements.
- • This role is critical to scaling client acquisition in a high-visibility, fast-moving business where sales performance directly impacts revenue and brand partnerships in the U.S. wellness market.
- • Conduct 100–200 outbound prospecting touches daily across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads from wellness brands seeking advertising and marketing solutions.
- • Run persuasive, camera-on Zoom sales calls with screen-share presentations to showcase advertising and marketing offerings, including peer-reviewed print magazine ads, SEO-enhanced content placements, homepage banners, newsletter sponsorships, event coverage, and affiliate campaigns.
- • Tailor sales messaging to each prospect’s business goals, guiding conversations from initial outreach to closed deals by aligning offerings with client objectives in credibility-building and measurable marketing impact.
- • Use GoHighLevel (GHL) daily to manage pipeline stages, apply tags, execute workflows, and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records that reflect active outreach and nurture sequences.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to refine nurture sequences and follow-up workflows within GHL, ensuring consistent lead engagement and handoff readiness.
- • Support campaign automation initiatives by contributing to workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or Phantombuster when applicable, enhancing efficiency in lead processing and outreach.
- • Maintain disciplined, high-volume outreach while ensuring CRM data integrity, demonstrating self-management and performance-driven habits in a fully remote environment.
- • Work closely with leadership to sharpen high-conviction closing skills, gain direct exposure to revenue-generating activities, and contribute to a business that blends editorial credibility with high-value brand partnerships in the health and wellness space.
- • Develop expertise in media sales funnels, including familiarity with metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and show rate, while operating within a U.S.-aligned schedule (9 AM–5 PM EST) to support client-facing activities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in B2B, media, or advertising sales with a proven ability to move prospects through the sales cycle and close deals to payment.
- • Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel for pipeline management, tagging, workflow execution, and lead tracking in a daily operational capacity.
- • Fluent spoken and written English with confident, persuasive communication skills, including comfort leading high-energy Zoom calls with camera on and screen-sharing presentations.
- • Familiarity with cold outreach via Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and similar channels, along with exposure to automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Phantombuster (preferred).
- • Organized, self-managed, and performance-driven in a remote setting, with the ability to maintain disciplined outreach volume (100–200 touches/day) while keeping CRM data accurate and current.
