- • As a Sales Development Representative at StackBlitz, you will be the first point of contact for prospective users of Bolt.new, helping developers, platform teams, and engineering leaders understand the value of our AI-powered development platform and qualifying them for deeper conversations with the sales team.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting into target accounts through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging, light calling), qualifying inbound leads, identifying ideal customer profiles and pain points through research, collaborating with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to craft compelling outreach, tracking all activities in the CRM, and experimenting with new messaging and strategies to optimize conversion.
- • You will join a globally distributed, fully remote team of passionate engineers, designers, and creatives at StackBlitz, the innovators behind WebContainers and Bolt.new, who are building the future of software development by lowering barriers to entry and accelerating workflows for over a million monthly users.
- • In this role, you will grow your career at the intersection of sales, technology, and product, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge developer tools, refining your outreach and qualification skills, and contributing directly to the scaling of a high-impact go-to-market motion for an innovative AI-powered platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or outbound role (SDR, BDR, customer support, community, or equivalent)
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to write crisp, clear emails and engage thoughtfully in conversation
- • Comfortable researching and personalizing outreach for technical audiences
- • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Genuine interest in software, developer tools, or emerging technology
- • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn both the product and the customer
