  • • As a Sales Development Representative at Scale Army supporting a U.S.-based construction client, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads interested in residential and commercial roofing and construction services, playing a critical role in initiating the sales journey by building trust, gathering essential project details, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from leads, discussing roofing and construction project needs, answering questions about services, pricing, and timelines, and gathering key details such as project scope, location, and specific requirements to support accurate internal handoff.
  • • You will conduct pre-call research using tools like Google Earth to review property details and personalize conversations, ensuring each interaction demonstrates understanding of the lead’s unique situation and increases engagement and conversion potential.
  • • Accurately collecting and recording customer information in the CRM system will be essential, including qualifying leads based on interest, readiness, and project needs, while maintaining proactive follow-up to nurture leads and prevent drop-off in the sales funnel.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities, provide regular updates on call activity and lead quality, and share insights from conversations to help refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • • Working fully remotely from Egypt (or LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe), you will align your schedule with U.S. business hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST / 12 PM – 9 PM EST), contributing to a results-driven, customer-focused environment where your communication skills directly impact lead generation quality and business growth.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong consultative communication, lead qualification, and CRM management skills while gaining hands-on experience in the construction and home services industry, with clear pathways to advance into senior sales or account management positions based on performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role
  • • Fluent English communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and build rapport quickly over the phone
  • • Strong research skills, including proficiency with tools like Google Earth for pre-call preparation and CRM systems for accurate data tracking
  • • Self-motivated, resilient, and persistent with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to follow-up and lead nurturing, comfortable handling rejection professionally
