  • • Own the top-of-funnel for Wiley’s Recruitment Solutions division, driving new-business pipeline across association-partnered job boards that reach millions of targeted professionals in veterinary, healthcare, finance, science, engineering, and higher-education markets.
  • • Execute high-volume, multi-channel prospecting campaigns (cold email sequences, strategic phone outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and social selling) to identify and engage talent-acquisition leaders, HR directors, and hiring managers who can benefit from niche job-board advertising and employer-branding packages.
  • • Research and map enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth organizations, building prioritized target-account lists and leveraging intent data, industry news, and association insights to craft hyper-relevant value propositions that resonate with each vertical’s unique hiring challenges.
  • • Qualify every new lead using BANT or MEDDPICC frameworks, uncovering budget, authority, need, and timeline to ensure only high-value opportunities are advanced to Account Managers—protecting team efficiency and maximizing revenue impact.
  • • Schedule and confirm discovery meetings, delivering concise pre-meeting briefs that arm Account Managers with prospect pain points, competitive context, and upsell angles, enabling seamless hand-offs and faster deal velocity.
  • • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene (Salesforce experience preferred), logging every touchpoint, updating lead scores, and tracking conversion metrics so leadership can forecast accurately and iterate playbooks in real time.
  • • Collaborate weekly with Marketing to refine Ideal Customer Profiles, test new messaging angles, and provide frontline feedback on campaign performance—ensuring outbound efforts stay aligned with evolving market demand.
  • • Monitor competitor moves, pricing trends, and industry regulations, translating insights into battle cards and objection-handling scripts that give the entire sales team an edge in competitive deals.
  • • Contribute to quarterly pipeline reviews, presenting data-driven insights on outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and revenue influence, while proposing experiments to improve SDR-to-SQL ratios.
