- • As a Sales Development Representative at Cylinder Health, you will generate pipeline by identifying and engaging HR and benefits leaders at large employers, benefits consultants, and health plan partners, serving as a critical bridge between marketing and sales to drive new opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels, qualifying leads, maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on targeting and messaging, and hitting monthly performance targets for qualified opportunities and activity metrics.
- • You will join a mission-driven commercial team at a fast-growing health tech company founded in 2021 that delivers personalized, clinician-backed digestive care through a virtual platform, aiming to improve access to care and reduce healthcare costs at scale.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in the employer health benefits space, refine your outbound sales techniques, gain hands-on experience with sales engagement tools, and build a foundation for career growth in sales or marketing through real-world feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
- • Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- • Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans strongly preferred
- • Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
