- • As a Sales Development Representative at Agent Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling sales operations by re-engaging dormant customers and managing incoming leads to help the company reach 120-200 qualified leads per month, directly contributing to revenue growth in the competitive home services market.
- • Your work will bridge customer re-engagement and inside sales, turning past service records into new opportunities while ensuring seamless handoffs to field teams and maintaining accurate pipeline visibility through HubSpot.
- • You will conduct targeted outreach to over 7,000 dormant customers using email, phone, and SMS, leveraging Company Cam photos and service documentation to identify upsell opportunities based on service history and seasonal needs.
- • You will build personalized outreach narratives around service anniversaries and roof health checks, scheduling consultations and logging all interactions in HubSpot to maintain a clean, actionable customer database.
- • You will manage incoming customer calls, create new contacts in HubSpot, generate sales deals, and coordinate logistics appointments with field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- • You will collaborate with outside sales reps to gather customer insights and objection details, then follow up post-appointment to address concerns, overcome objections, and adjust quotes using the company’s quoting tool based on customer sensitivity.
- • You will use the CSM Audit View in HubSpot to prioritize follow-ups, forecast sales pipeline, and maintain consistent after-hours coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM PST, with weekend availability during peak seasons.
- • You will join a growing, mission-driven roofing and home services company that specializes in roofing, gutters, insulation, gutter protection, and repairs, where your contributions directly support operational scaling and customer retention.
- • You will develop advanced sales automation and CRM proficiency, gaining hands-on experience with HubSpot, AI-assisted outreach tools, and quoting systems — skills that are highly transferable across tech-enabled sales and customer success roles.
- • You will sharpen your consultative selling abilities by learning to tailor solutions to homeowner needs, master objection handling in high-consideration services, and build long-term customer relationships rooted in trust and transparency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, SDR, or customer support-to-sales transition with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed outreach and conversion goals.
- • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM platforms for lead management, deal tracking, and customer interaction logging.
- • Fluent English with exceptional phone and written communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive, personalized outreach and handle objections with empathy and clarity.
- • Comfort with VoIP systems, AI tools, and SaaS platforms, including experience or aptitude for leveraging AI to enhance outreach efficiency and personalization.
- • Availability to work PST hours (9AM–5PM) with flexibility for extended hours (5:00 PM–7:30 PM PST) and occasional weekend coverage during peak seasons.
- • Stable internet connection and a professional home office setup conducive to consistent, high-volume outbound and inbound customer engagement.
