- • As a Sales Development Representative at Workato, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, directly contributing to the company’s mission of simplifying enterprise workflows via its AI-powered integration and automation platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting cold calls and email outreach to generate leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies, consulting existing customers to uncover expansion opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
- • Some technical aptitude with the ability to learn and become fluent in integration and automation solutions
- • Familiarity with business applications such as Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack, and Salesforce (SFDC)
- • High energy, positive attitude, self-direction, resourcefulness, and strong work ethic
