- • As a Sales Development Representative at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in driving the go-to-market strategy for the Americas region by sourcing and qualifying leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing new sales prospects, cold calling, booking appointments for Account Executives, providing feedback on marketing-sourced leads, creating target account lists, researching business needs, and supporting the AE team in advancing sales cycles.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team spanning six continents, working asynchronously to build a best-in-class HR platform that enables compliant global employment for businesses of all sizes.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow within a fast-growing, pre-IPO scale-up, gain expertise in advanced sales tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ, and develop strategic prospecting and communication skills while contributing to Remote’s mission of simplifying global hiring.
