  • • As a Sales Development Representative at airSlate, you will play a critical role in fueling the company’s growth by generating qualified sales opportunities and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline. This role is essential to expanding airSlate’s market reach and driving revenue through proactive outreach and lead qualification.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying inbound leads, researching target accounts, booking meetings for Account Executives, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and collaborating closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • • You will join a dynamic, globally distributed sales team operating across the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and the Philippines. airSlate fosters a fast-paced, innovative culture where employees are encouraged to take ownership, experiment, and grow alongside the company’s expansion in the SaaS and workflow automation space.
  • • This role offers significant professional growth, including hands-on experience in B2B sales processes, mastery of sales tools and CRM systems, development of communication and negotiation skills, and a clear career path toward becoming an Account Executive or advancing into other sales leadership roles based on performance.
