📋 Description

• • Strategic Account Manager responsible for leading and growing relationships with key carrier partners for Driven Claims, a division of Driven Brands Holdings Inc., supporting Auto Glass Now, the second largest auto glass repairer in America.
• • Day-to-day duties include owning and managing relationships across all levels of assigned accounts, serving as primary point of contact for client needs and escalations, developing and leading monthly/quarterly business reviews, analyzing account performance data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
• • Auto Glass Now delivers fast, friendly, and convenient auto glass services, with a strong focus on customer experience and career growth, where most management team members started in entry-level roles.
