- • As a Sales Development Representative at FMX GmbH, you will play a critical role in driving new business by owning the top of the sales funnel and generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making 400 outbound calls and setting 5 meetings per week, maintaining 14 meetings held and 10 qualified opportunities per month, engaging with marketing-qualified leads, managing lead data in Salesforce and Gong, and collaborating with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of prospect information.
- • You will join a small, fast-growing, and high-energy sales team at FMX, a remote-first company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, that develops cloud-based facility maintenance software serving education, property management, manufacturing, and other markets.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales fundamentals, master CRM and sales engagement tools, refine your communication and relationship-building skills, and gain direct exposure to the full sales cycle—positioning yourself for rapid career growth within a supportive, performance-driven culture.
