- • As a Sales Development Representative at Tern, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s reach into the $130B travel industry by building an outbound motion from scratch to engage travel agencies that have never been systematically sold to before.
- • Your day-to-day will involve making 80 outbound calls per day, setting 10 qualified demos weekly, and managing the full outreach lifecycle across phone, email, and social channels while maintaining accurate records in HubSpot.
- • You will join a high-growth, mission-driven startup that has already onboarded 10,000+ travel advisors and is now scaling its agency-focused sales motion with a team that values operational excellence, curiosity, and relentless iteration.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in how travel agencies operate, refine your sales craft through real-world experimentation, and position yourself for a clear path to an Account Executive role by mastering volume, messaging, and product knowledge.
