- • As a Sales Development Representative at NetBox Labs, you will play a key role in accelerating new logo revenue by driving first meetings and creating new selling opportunities for the Sales team, directly contributing to the company’s growth in the network automation space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analyzing prospects’ pain points, use cases, roles, and business objectives; applying communication skills to explain NetBox Labs’ value proposition; identifying and engaging key personas via multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, video); building and executing outbound campaigns; personalizing outreach based on insights; developing messaging for technical and business buyers; qualifying prospects through inbound and outbound efforts; setting first meetings with qualified users and senior decision-makers; maintaining accurate prospect data in HubSpot; and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment to exceed goals.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at NetBox Labs, the commercial steward of open source NetBox and Orb, backed by notable investors including Notable Capital, Grafana Labs, Flybridge, IBM, Salesforce Ventures, and Mango Capital, and dedicated to helping companies build and manage complex networks through open, composable products.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise and open source software sales, refine your ability to communicate complex technical concepts, master multi-channel outbound prospecting, gain hands-on experience with HubSpot and sales engagement tools, and build a track record of generating qualified pipeline—positioning you for advancement into senior sales or sales operations roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year experience as an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales in the enterprise or Open Source software space
- • Superior listening, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
- • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting techniques such as cold-calling, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and strategic campaign execution
- • Familiarity working with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other similar tools
- • Strong time and project management skills, plus the ability to work autonomously
- • Energy, tenacity, and persistence - you get the job done
