- • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Scale Army supports a fast-growing B2B client with a high-volume inbound lead flow, focusing on rapid engagement, qualification, and booking of sales conversations to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-volume outreach to inbound leads, executing rapid follow-up to maximize speed-to-lead, engaging prospects in structured conversations to assess fit and handle objections, booking qualified meetings onto Account Executives’ calendars, managing a large pipeline across multiple touchpoints (calls, SMS, CRM), maintaining accurate CRM records in Close or similar systems, tracking activity metrics, and collaborating with the sales team for smooth handoff of opportunities.
- • The company operates a highly optimized marketing funnel generating hundreds of daily inbound leads, prioritizing speed-to-lead, structured multi-touch follow-up, and strong first-touch experiences for business owners entering the pipeline, all within a process-driven environment where consistency and execution directly impact results.
