Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• • As a Sales Development Representative at BlueCat Networks Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within the network, security, applications, cloud, and DevOps markets. Your outreach will directly support the company’s mission to optimize IP environments for business outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will prospect and engage target accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling; conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points; qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; maintain accurate records in the CRM; collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and demos; and continuously refine your approach based on performance feedback and market insights.
