- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Australia/New Zealand at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads for the company’s Global HR Platform. This role is essential to expanding Remote’s market presence in the APAC region by helping businesses of all sizes compliantly recruit, pay, and manage international teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing new sales prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement; researching target accounts to identify key decision-makers; communicating Remote’s value proposition clearly and persuasively; qualifying leads based on business needs and fit; booking appointments for Account Executives; maintaining accurate CRM records (using tools like HubSpot); and supporting the broader sales team with prospect development and handoff preparation.
