  • As a Sales Development Representative at Bókun, you will play a critical role in driving growth for the tours and activities industry by generating high-quality leads for Product Sales Executives through outbound telephone outreach.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting high-volume outbound calls using pre-populated lists, articulating the value of the Bókun platform, qualifying leads based on customer needs, scheduling product demonstrations, and managing all sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • You will work within a dynamic Software Product Sales team that combines the energy of a startup with the stability and global backing of Tripadvisor, operating in a hybrid model requiring 2-3 days per week in London or Oxford offices.
  • This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a strong foundation to launch a career in software sales, where you will develop communication, lead qualification, and CRM skills while contributing to a mission-driven team focused on empowering tour and activity operators worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, hospitality, or telesales is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and experience managing tasks systematically
  • Familiarity with Spanish or other European languages is beneficial but not required
