📋 Description
- • As a Sales Development Representative for the BeNeLux region, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential customers in the SMB segment, helping SoSafe expand its market presence in cybersecurity awareness solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include initiating contact with C-level and IT security decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn; presenting SoSafe’s solutions; qualifying inbound leads; collaborating with Account Executives to close deals; and generating qualified sales opportunities.
- • You will join a fast-growing, purpose-driven scale-up backed by leading VCs, operating from Amsterdam or Madrid with hybrid flexibility, where innovation, diversity, and collaboration are core values.
- • This role offers a clear career path to Account Executive, typically achievable within 18–24 months based on performance, supported by mentoring, tools, and guidance to develop your sales expertise and advance in your career.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, customer service, or recruitment role is a plus
- • Fluency in Dutch and English
- • Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus
- • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, and confidence in customer interactions
- • Coachability and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve
- • A performance-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
