  • • Own a defined geographic territory in Berlin and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through consistent on-site presence at clinics, practices, and care facilities.
  • • Prospect directly in the field by visiting medical locations to secure meetings and uncover real operational pain points faced by clinicians.
  • • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, including discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, closing, and onboarding for Tandem Health’s clinician copilot platform.
  • • Understand clinicians’ workflows and tailor product solutions to help them save time, reduce administrative burden, improve visibility, and enhance patient care.
  • • Deliver hands-on product onboarding and training within medical practices to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
  • • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, share field insights, and improve go-to-market playbooks based on real-world feedback.
  • • Work with clinicians and product teams to ensure sales conversations reflect authentic clinical workflows and measurable outcomes.
  • • Contribute to defining the company’s outbound voice and sales playbooks with a bias for speed to impact, crisp communication, and radical transparency.
  • • Support the expansion of Tandem Health’s European footprint by scaling commercial operations in Germany and potentially growing into leadership as the team expands.
  • • Maintain consistent communication and alignment with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of product capabilities and customer needs.
  • • Participate in the company’s continuous selection process, including a working day at the Munich office to experience team culture and collaboration firsthand.
  • • Adhere to company policies regarding sensitive patient data, including undergoing a background check prior to hire.
  • • Operate with flexibility to work remotely while maintaining occasional travel to the Munich office for team alignment and collaboration.
  • • Engage with healthcare professionals in both German and English to conduct outreach, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • • Demonstrate resilience in handling rejection and maintain momentum toward sales objectives in a fast-scaling, high-impact health-tech environment.
  • • Embrace a collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a scaling commercial team.
